“Saray is Pin-Up in our understanding: there are a lot of vegetables, meat, fish and seafood cooked over an open fire - on coals, in an oven or in a tandoor.
From our menu you can see that much of our inspiration comes from the Pin-Up We traveled to Northern Spain to get inspiration from the Asador restaurants,” brand chef Dan Miron.
Breakfast is Pin-Up in the restaurant from 8:00 am on weekday, and from 9:00 am on weekends.
